Fleur de Luz Counseling is a therapy space for those who have spent a lifetime caring for others and are now ready to come home to themselves. Here, we gently unpack people-pleasing patterns, cultural expectations, and internalized guilt- while building confidence, self-trust, and the courage to live more authentically.

You don’t have to abandon your values to grow.

You don’t have to suffer to be strong.

You are allowed to take up space and bloom fully, in your own light.

Online counseling offered to young adults, individuals, and couples in Florida. Services are provided in English and Spanish and are culturally responsive, trauma-aware, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience, faith background, and personal goals.

Shine your way, with radiating confidence and bright intention.
